Subject	1991 Will not start - please help!

Message	1991 300ZX TT Manual Transmission Did not start once (95 degrees F day), Started twice, now does not start. Turn key – nothing, instruments light up. • Starter Replaced • Starter relay good • Battery good • Cleaned Battery Terminals • Cleaned ground to transmission • All Fuses good • Clutch switch good • Transmission Neutral switch good • Swapped around all relays • Tested without Theft relay – contacts open • Tested with Theft relay contacts connected • Locked and unlocked door before each test • Measured zero volts on S wire on starter relative to battery terminal ground (start signal is not getting to starter) • Measured zero volts on S wire on starter relative to starter case (start signal is not getting to starter) I have run out of things to try - please help.
